John H. Paterson, P.Eng., President and CEO

Mr. Paterson is a professional engineer with over 30 years experience in the resource industry. Mr. Paterson is President & CEO of Centram Geothermal Inc, (since 2010), a private renewable energy company focussed on Central America. Mr. Paterson also serves as Chairman of the board of MillenMin Ventures Inc. |(TSX-V: MVM.P) (since 2009), a capital pool company and NWM Mining Corporation (TSX-V: NWM) (since 2007), an emerging gold producer with operations in Mexico.

Mr. Paterson was President and CEO of Aurogin Resources from 2002 to 2007, which developed the El Sastre gold mine in Guatemala prior to the merging with Morgain Minerals (which formed Castle Gold Corp. and subsequently Argonaut Gold). Before joining Aurogin, Mr. Paterson was President and CEO of Geomaque Explorations Ltd. from 1991 to 2001, where he directed the development of two heap leach gold mines, the San Francisco gold mine located in Sonora, Mexico and the Vueltas Del Rio gold mine located in Honduras.

Mr. Paterson also spent 10 years with Luscar, Shell and Teck Corporation. He also currently serves on the board of Plato Gold Corp. (TSX-V: PGC) (since 2006), a junior gold explorer active in Canada and Argentina and Everton Resources (TSX-V: EVR) (since 2004) which is exploring for gold in Canada and the Dominican Republic. Mr Paterson is also a director of ASANA (Friends of Nature of the Central and Southern Pacific Zone, Costa Rica) (since 2009), a Costa Rican registered non-governmental organization. Mr. Paterson received his B.Sc. (Eng.) in 1978 and M.Sc. in 1983 from Queen’s University in Kingston, Canada.

James Patrick Boyle, Jim B.A. LL.B. LL.M.

Mr. James Patrick Boyle, Jim, BA, LLB, LLM has been a director of Centram since 2010. Jim Boyle is the founding partner of Boyle & Co. LLP, where he practices exclusively in the area of securities law.

Jim designed and implemented Canada's first internet prospectus offering, recognized by the Financial Post as one of the ten most innovative deals of 1999 and was a founder and principal architect of CNSX (formerly CNQ), Canada's new stock exchange, designing both the regulatory and market models. Jim is a past director and member of the Securities Committee of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada.

He studied mathematics at the University of Waterloo (1975), obtained his B.A. in Film from York University (1981) and studied Economics at York University's Glendon College (1982). Jim attended University of Windsor Law School, graduating in 1985. He articled with Toronto's Aird & Berlis before specializing in securities law upon being called to the bar in Ontario in April, 1987. In 1998 Jim received his LL.M. in securities law from Osgoode Hall Law School.
